Package pricing reflects a 10% prepaid discount off the standard individual speech therapy rate. Individual sessions are offered at a pay-as-you-go rate, while packages reward families who commit to consistent therapy and ongoing progress.
What is the difference between individual sessions and package sessions?
Individual sessions are scheduled and paid for one at a time. Package sessions are prepaid bundles of 10 sessions offered at a discounted rate. The services provided are the same; the difference is the pricing structure and commitment level.
How do I know which session length is right for my child?
Session length is based on your child’s needs and goals:

30 minutes is appropriate for focused work on a single goal area.

45 minutes is ideal for children with multiple goals or more complex needs.

60 minutes is recommended for AAC intervention, complex language needs, or when multiple goal areas are addressed in one session.
Your speech-language pathologist will help guide this decision after evaluation and ongoing progress monitoring.
Do you offer teletherapy?
Yes. Teletherapy sessions are provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform and are offered at the same durations and pricing as in-person services, when clinically appropriate.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $50 fee, as this time is reserved specifically for your child.
Do you accept insurance?
SyllaBloom Speech Therapy, P.C. is a private-pay practice. Upon request, we can provide a superbill that families may submit to their insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Do packages expire?
Package terms, including expiration and scheduling expectations, are discussed at the time of purchase to ensure clarity and consistency for families.
